February 19, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #29 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE LANDINGS - BOARD ROOM RENOVATION PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by McIntyre Elwell & Strammer - General Contractors, Inc. for the Landings - Board Room Renovation project be accepted as substantially complete as of 1/4/2008.
